Services
One chain, from empty land to first harvest.
We handle every stage ourselves, so there is no handover point where two parties blame each other when something misses. You can also take a single stage — many clients come to us only for an audit of a house already standing.
- 01
Site survey & feasibility analysis
Population observation at departure and return hours, flight path mapping, on-site temperature and humidity readings, feed source assessment, and a record of nearby swiftlet houses. This is the stage that decides whether the later stages are worth doing at all.
You receive: a survey report with the observed numbers, a viable-or-not conclusion, and the reasoning behind it.
- 02
Design & cost plan
Building layout, floor count and heights, entry hole placement and size, nesting plank arrangement, air circulation routes, and system positions. All drawn from the survey, not from a template reused across sites.
You receive: working drawings and an itemised cost plan. Those documents are yours — use them to compare other contractors’ quotes.
- 03
Construction
Full build, with attention to what drawings do not show: joints tight enough that no light leaks, wall thickness that buffers temperature, and ventilation placed so air changes without drying the rooms out.
You receive: a finished building matching the drawings, plus site notes wherever something was adjusted and why.
- 04
System installation
Calling and settling sound systems with measured tweeter placement, humidity misting, temperature control, aroma, and pest defences. Installed, then calibrated on site — figures that are right on paper are not automatically right in your building.
You receive: installed and calibrated systems, plus a simple routine-check guide.
- 05
Audit of an empty house
For buildings already standing but empty for years. We work through the variables one at a time: light leaks, humidity swing, temperature, entry hole placement and size, sound quality, plank odour, and pest traces.
You receive: findings ranked from most to least likely cause, each with an estimated repair cost.
- 06
Renovation
Fixing what the audit found. Most empty houses do not need demolishing — usually one or two variables are wrong and cost far less to correct than rebuilding. If the problem turns out to be the location itself, we say so, and we will not recommend renovating.
You receive: the repair work per the findings list, and follow-up monitoring to see whether bird behaviour changes.
- 07
Equipment & supplies
Nesting planks, audio systems and recordings, misting equipment, thermo-hygrometers, and pest defences — including for owners building their own house who only need the parts.
You receive: the goods with usage notes. We will also tell you when we think an item is one you do not need.
- 08
Consulting & ongoing support
Support after handover: scheduled checks, sound retuning as the colony develops, pest handling, and harvest timing guidance so the population keeps growing.
You receive: an agreed visit schedule and a direct line for questions on WhatsApp.
The Order
Six stages, and what decides whether we continue.
Each stage has a decision point. We do not move to the next one until the current stage produces a clear answer.
- 01
First conversation
Where the land is, roughly how large, and what you are aiming for. Free, on WhatsApp. This tells us whether a survey is worth scheduling.
- 02
Site survey
Observation and measurement on the land. The decision point sits here: if it surveys badly, we stop, and your construction budget is untouched.
- 03
Design & cost plan
Working drawings and an itemised budget. You have time to compare before deciding.
- 04
Construction
The build, with regular reports. Site changes are always discussed first — they do not appear as an invoice.
- 05
Installation & calibration
Systems installed, then tuned in place and run for several days before handover.
- 06
Ongoing support
Scheduled checks, retuning, and harvest guidance until the colony is established.
Not All Or Nothing
Taking a single stage is fine.
Most clients arrive with one problem rather than a whole project — a house they built themselves that stayed empty, a sound system that never worked properly, or simply wanting to know whether their land is viable before committing capital. Each of those can be done on its own, and we will not sell you a stage you do not need.
Where should you start?
If the land is undeveloped, start with a survey. If a house is standing but empty, start with an audit. Tell us the situation on WhatsApp and we will say which one applies.
